(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Resource Sustainability Act 2019, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Resource Sustainability (Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 28 December 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Resource Sustainability (Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 584/2024), in paragraph 2, replace “31 December 2024” with “28 February 2025”.
