(Amendment) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Central Provident Fund (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  In the Central Provident Fund (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 2), in rule 2(a), after “section 7(5),”, insert “8A(5),”.
