Auctioneers' Licences (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(5) of the Auctioneers’ Licences Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Auctioneer’s Licences (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 118/97) is amended by deleting “$100” in sub‑paragraph (c) and substituting “$130”.
