Wild Animals (Licensing) (Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Wild Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Wild Animals (Licensing) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2000.

Amendment of paragraph 5

2. Paragraph 5(1) of the Wild Animals (Licensing) Order (O 2) is amended by deleting “$50” and substituting “$53”.
