Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Quarterly Members’ Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 23rd February 2010 to 30th April 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 15th May 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 22nd February 2010.
