(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Healthcare Services Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Healthcare Services Act 2020, except sections 26, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, 58 and 59(2) and (8), comes into operation on 3 January 2022.
