Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(2)(d) of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Dependants’ Protection Insurance Scheme — Uninsured Member) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Central Provident Fund (Dependants’ Protection Insurance Scheme — Uninsured Member) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 891/2019), in paragraph 2, after sub‑paragraph (a), insert —
“(aa)section 8A of the Act in respect of that member’s platform remuneration;”.
