Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act

Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 7 of the Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting “65” in paragraph (4)(a) and substituting “100”;
(b)by deleting “70” in paragraph (5)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case “100”;
(c)by deleting “20” in paragraph (9) and substituting “30”;
(d)by deleting “25” in paragraph (10)(a) and substituting “50”;
(e)by deleting “50” in paragraph (10)(b) and substituting “100”;
(f)by deleting “20” in paragraph (11)(b)(ii) and substituting “40”;
(g)by deleting “20” in paragraph (12) and substituting “40”; and
(h)by deleting “100” in paragraph (13) and substituting “200”.
