Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 4) Notification 2021.
2.  Sections 6, 7, 8 and 33(3) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 3 January 2022.
