(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021, except sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 10 and 11, comes into operation on 28 February 2022.
3.  Section 11 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 comes into operation on 1 April 2022.
4.  Sections 3, 6 and 10 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 1 October 2022.
