Fees (Public Works Department) (Amendment) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Public Works Department) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Public Works Department) Order 1996 (S 206/96) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “51.90” in the second column of item (2) in Part I and substituting “41.60”;
(b)	by deleting “41.50” in the second column of item (3) in Part I and substituting “33.60”;
(c)	by deleting “54.60” in the second column of item (5) in Part I and substituting “44.30”; and
(d)	by deleting “5.80” in the second column of item (1)(a) in Part III and substituting “4.70”.
