Free Trade Zones Act
(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 17th March 2003.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (9), the following item:
“(10)  Airport Logistics Park of Singapore
All that area comprised of Lots 4110A, 4111K and 4112N and part of Lot 4113X Mukim No. 31 (Changi) occupied by “AIRPORT LOGISTICS PARK OF SINGAPORE — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 238,249 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
The boundary commences at the north-western corner of the aforesaid “AIRPORT LOGISTICS PARK OF SINGAPORE — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point of commencement is 40,417.5 metres North and 46,539.1 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority’s origin of co-ordinates (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East) and the boundary runs approximately as follows:

Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after Plan IX, the following Plan:

”.
