Poisons (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Rules 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  Rule 17(5) of the Poisons (Hazardous Substances) Rules is amended —
(a)by deleting “$55” in sub-paragraph (a)(i) and substituting “$60”;
(b)by deleting “$110” in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) and substituting “$120”; and
(c)by deleting “$17” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting “$18”.
