Intoxicating Substances (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intoxicating Substances (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Intoxicating Substances (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Intoxicating Substances (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st March 2006.
