Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Education (Schools)

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 March 2018, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education (Schools)) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 583/2016) by deleting the words “National Police Cadet Corps” in item 9 under the heading “SUBJECTS” and substituting the words “Home Team Corps”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education (Schools)) (Amendment) Notification 2018.
