Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. Paragraph 2 of the Ninth Schedule to the Poisons Rules is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:

“2. The fees for making amendments to a licence or a set of licences on any one occasion shall be —

(a)	$25 in respect of poisons included in Part I of the Poisons List; and
(b)	$26 in respect of poisons included in Part II of the Poisons List.
