Securities Industry (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities Industry (Amendment) Act 2000, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities Industry (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Securities Industry (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 6th March 2000.
