Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st March 2006.
