Chapter 329A
Town Council of Bedok (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Bedok, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following By-laws:
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Bedok (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws 1996 and shall come into operation on 15th March 1996.
2.  Item 10 of the Schedule to the Town Council of Bedok (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 74) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:
“
“(e)Community Centre under the People’s Association
75 cents per square metre of the area of the premises.”.
