(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(1) of the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Sewerage and Drainage (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 31 March 2022.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2(1) of the Sewerage and Drainage (Fees) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 251/2015) is amended by deleting “$14” and substituting “$4.50”.
