Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 May 2017.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) is amended by deleting the words “Nanyang Polytechnic” in item 1 of Parts I, II, IV and V and substituting in each case the words “Singapore Institute of Technology”.
