Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and period in force

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Immigration Anchorage — 15^th SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge) Notification 2020.

(2) This Notification is in force for the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. on 22 February 2020.

Definitions

2. In this Notification —

“pleasure craft” has the meaning given by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Cap. 170A, Rg 6);

“yacht” means a vessel which is used exclusively for pleasure purposes and for the use of which a passenger (if any) is not charged a separate and distinct fare.

Anchorage

3. Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508, is an immigration anchorage for pleasure craft and yachts which are participating in the “15^th SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge” event and are about to leave Singapore.
