(Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of Law)
(Revocation) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Law, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Notifications:
(a)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Consolidation) Notification (N 10);
(b)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2002 (G.N. No. S 554/2002);
(c)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2008 (G.N. No. S 400/2008);
(d)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 269/2009);
(e)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 13/2011);
(f)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) (No. 3) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 580/2011);
(g)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 550/2012);
(h)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 167/2015);
(i)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 309/2019).
