Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 1997, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 47/97) —

(a)	by deleting the words “National Computer Board.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “National Computerisation.” under the heading “Subjects” and substituting the words “Civil Service Computerisation.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 1997.
