| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2000. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “The Agricultural Bank of China” in item (147) and substituting the words “Agricultural Bank of China”, with effect from 18th June 1999.
