Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Sale & Gaming Event on Singapore Airlines Cup 2007” to be held from 6th May 2007 to 20th May 2007 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 16th March 2007.
