(Exemption) (No. 2)
Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2019.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2019” event to be held from 25 February 2019 to 5 May 2019 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held at 8 p.m. on 5 May 2019 at the ballroom of the National Service Resort & Country Club at Changi.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
