Variation of Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 1997, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 56/97) —

(a)	by deleting the words “Preservation of Monuments Board.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Preservation of Monuments.” under the heading “Subjects”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 1997.
