Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Information and the Arts

It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 1997, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information and the Arts) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 52/97) —

(a)	by inserting, at the end of the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Preservation of Monuments Board.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Oral History Programme.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Preservation of Monuments.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information and the Arts) (Amendment) Notification 1997.
