Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
Protected Places (No. 5) (Amendment) Order 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (No.5) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on
9th March 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Protected Places (No.5) Order 1999
(G.N. No. S190/99) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Commanding Officer, one hundred and twenty eighth squadron, Murai Camp” in the first column and substituting the words “Commander, Headquarters Tactical Air Support Command”; and
(b)by deleting the word “above” in the 4th line of the second column and substituting the word “about”.
Made this 2nd day of March 2000.
