Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Health

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 10 March 2015, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Health) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 309/2011) by inserting, immediately after the word “MediShield” under the sub-heading “Healthcare Financing”, the words “, MediShield Life”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Health) (Amendment) Notification 2015.
