Interpretation
(Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of Trade and Industry)
(Revocation) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Trade and Industry, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Notifications:
(a)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Consolidation) Notification (N 12);
(b)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) Notification 2002 (G.N. No. S 333/2002);
(c)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Economic Expansion Incentives) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 425/2006);
(d)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Economic Expansion Incentives) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 403/2018).
