Public Entertainments and Meetings (Arts Entertainment) (Amendment) Rules 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, Mr David Lim Tik En, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Arts Entertainment) (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 12th March 2003.

Deletion and substitution of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Arts Entertainment) Rules 2002 (G.N. No. S 293/2002) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
