Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the NSRCC Charity Golf 2008 to be held from 1st April 2008 to 25th May 2008 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 25th May 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Service Resort & Country Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th March 2008.
