(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Part 1 and section 61 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 1 March 2022.
