(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Developers (Anti‑Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2018, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Developers (Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Developers (Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2018 comes into operation on 28 June 2023.
