| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Medisave Account) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997. |
| Prescribed amount |
| 2. The prescribed amount for the purposes of section 16 of the Act is $15,000. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Medisave Account) Regulations 1996 (G.N. No. S 117/96) are revoked. |
