Defence Science and Technology Agency Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Defence Science and Technology Agency Act 2000, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Defence Science and Technology Agency Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Defence Science and Technology Agency Act 2000 shall come into operation on 15th March 2000.
