Preservation of Monuments Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts, on the advice of the Preservation of Monuments Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 12th January 2000.

Monument

2. The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board.

Made this 15th day of December 1999.
