Residential Property (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Residential Property (Amendment) Act 2010, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Residential Property (Amendment) Act 2010 shall come into operation on 17th January 2011.
