(Modified Application of Act
for International Services)
(Amendment) Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36M(2)(t) and 184(2)(q) of the Legal Profession Act 1966, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Legal Profession (Modified Application of Act for International Services) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 14 January 2022.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  Rule 8(7) of the Fifth Schedule to the Legal Profession (Modified Application of Act for International Services) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 700/2015) is amended by inserting, immediately before the words “a Legal Service Officer” in sub‑paragraph (a)(ii), the words “a Judicial Service Officer or”.
