Factories (Registration and Other Services — Fees and Forms) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(1) of the Factories Act, the Minister for Labour hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Factories (Registration and Other Services — Fees and Forms) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1996.

2. Regulation 5 of the Factories (Registration and Other Services — Fees and Forms) Regulations is amended by deleting “$90” in the third line and substituting “$110”.
