Arms and Explosives (Explosives) (Amendment) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Arms and Explosives (Explosives) (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of rule 102

2. Rule 102 of the Arms and Explosives (Explosives) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (e).
