Interpretation
(Remission of Fees under
Hotels Licensing Regulations)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Interpretation (Remission of Fees under Hotels Licensing Regulations) Order 2021.

Remission of fees

2. The following fees payable between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) are wholly remitted:

(a)	the fees specified in regulation 19 of the Hotels Licensing Regulations (Cap. 127, Rg 1) in respect of registration;
(b)	the fee specified in regulation 20 of the Hotels Licensing Regulations for a licence.
