International Interests in Aircraft Equipment Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Interests in Aircraft Equipment Act 2009, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the International Interests in Aircraft Equipment Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The International Interests in Aircraft Equipment Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st May 2009.
