Fees (Reproduction of Survey Department Records) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Reproduction of Survey Department Records) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Fee

2. The fee payable in advance for reproduction of Survey Department records shall be $10 for each copy.

Definition

3. In this Order, “records” includes cadastral base maps, certified plans, survey plans, assurance plans, strata title plans, title books, field details and calculation volumes which the officer-in-charge thereof may, in his discretion, permit to be reproduced.

Revocation

4. The Fees (Electrostatic, Micrographic and Other Processes Reproductions of Survey Department Maps, Plans and Records) Order (O 21) is revoked.
