Fees (Surveys) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Surveys) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Surveys) Order is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$60” in item 6 (a) and substituting “$100”;
(b)	by deleting “$25” in item 6 (b) and substituting “$40”;
(c)	by deleting the words “50 square metres” and “$100” in item 7 (a) and substituting the words “100 square metres” and “$200”, respectively;
(d)	by deleting “every additional square metre” and “$2” in item 7 (b) and substituting the words “every additional 10 square metres or part thereof” and “$20”, respectively; and
(e)	by deleting “$1,300” in item 7 (c) and substituting “$1,700”.
