Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (1);

(b)

by deleting “$120” in item (7) and substituting “$130”;

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (j) of item (9), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:

“(k)	Senior Warrant Officer

$40

(l)	Captain II

$50”;

(d)

by deleting “$55” in item (10)(a) and substituting “$65”; and

(e)

by deleting “$15” in item (10)(d) and substituting “$20”.
