Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 1998

Responsibility of Minister for Manpower

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Lee Boon Yang shall, with effect from 1st April 1998, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Manpower.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 1998.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Labour) Notification 1997 (G.N No. S53/97) is cancelled.
