Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 11th March 2011.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lot 10083V MK17 (formerly known as Lots 8233M, 8231L, 5887A, 9762P, 9763T, 9871K and 9869N MK17) at 273 Braddell Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura (MUIS) to the competent authority on 24th November 2010.
